I bought the property in 2021. I rejuvenated the vineyard by cutting all vines to the stump in 2022. In 2023, I had very healthy foliage. In 2024, I had a partial harvest of great fruit. I made some wine last year and donated the rest of my grapes to friends and family. This year, 2025, I have a full harvest. My vineyard is 3 acres: 1 acre of Cabernet Sauvignon and 2 acres of Syrah. According to a couple of my friends who are vineyard experts, my vines are very strong, and they are expected to yield 5 tons per acre.
