We believe the cabernet to be approximately 5-7 years old. We are looking for an interested party to come and pick as we are planning to replant this section. As new owners in mid-2023, we were unable to do any early pruning. No chemicals of any kind have been applied in this growing year. Brix approximately 25 as of 10/17/23

The merlot block is approximately two acres and located at the bottom of the vineyard slope. It has had access to a year-round stream so is happy and healthy. As new owners in mid 2023, we were unable to do early pruning, but have been dropping clusters to improve the crop. No chemicals of any kind have been used in this growing year. Brix approximately 22 as of 10/25/23
