About the vineyard
Planted in 2001 in the heart of the Fairplay AVA region, Sierra Moon Vineyards is one of the premier independent growers in the area. We have mature, VSP trellised vines that produce outstanding full bodied fruit in a decomposed granite soil structure similar to the Rhône Region in France. Ken, our vineyard manager lives and works on location and is always available to show our fruit to potential buyers. We adhere to a strict pesticide, fungicide and foliar spray program developed by our professional PCA with Mid Valley Agriculture.
